Discover how your inner energy affects your riding, your horse and your results – both in and out of the saddle.

Held at Jewels Stables, Arundel on Monday 28th July 2025

Arrivals from 18.00 for a lite spread of sweet & savoury nibbles and refreshments.

The workshop will start at 18:30 start and finish around 20.30pm.

In this unique and empowering workshop, you’ll learn to recognize the different levels of energy your show up with, how they influence your mindset and how they impact your horses response.

You’ll uncover how to:

✅ Shift out of stress into presence
✅ Improve your confidence and emotional awareness
✅ Create deeper connection with your horse
✅ Ride with more clarity, calm and purpose

**No prior knowledge of energy work needed – just an open mind and love for learning**
