For riders and horse owners or carers of all levels, who want to build resilience, improve their mindset, and show up as their best selves — for their horses , families and themselves.

Outline

As a horse owner you juggle so much — handling unpredictable situations, staying patient under pressure, managing emotions (yours, your horses and your families’) Dealing with the highs and lows of ownership, training, competing, lame horses, injuries, unexpected bills, not enough hours in the day! I’m sure you’ve had it all.  How are you at developing your resilience to deal with all these curve balls?

Held at Jewels Stables, Arundel on Monday 19th May 2025

Arrivals from 18.00 for a lite spread of sweet & savoury nibbles and refreshments.

The workshop will start at 18:30 start and finish around 20.30pm.

In this interactive half-day workshop, you’ll learn practical strategies to:
