Equestrian professionals are expected to be confident, capable, and composed — but behind the scenes, many are carrying the quiet weight of self‑doubt, comparison, and the pressure to “prove” themselves every day.

This half‑day workshop is designed specifically for coaches, trainers, riders, and equestrian professionals who want to strengthen their inner foundation, show up with more certainty, and lead with grounded confidence.

What we’ll explore:
  • Understanding imposter syndrome in equestrian settings — why high‑achievers feel it most, and how it shows up in teaching, competing, and client relationships.
  • Building genuine self‑worth — shifting from external validation to internal stability so you can ride, coach, and communicate from a place of strength.
  • Reframing pressure and visibility — practical tools for managing the emotional load of being watched, judged, or “on display”.
  • Confidence in communication — how to speak with clarity and authority without overthinking or second‑guessing yourself.
  • Resilience and emotional steadiness — strategies for staying grounded when things go wrong, clients challenge you, or your inner critic gets loud.

This is a supportive, practical, and empowering session designed to help you step into your role with more certainty, presence, and self‑trust.

This workshop is hosted in our cosy ‘Zen Den’ Training Room at Jewels Stables, Arundel on Monday 8th June 2026

Arrivals from 12 Midday for a networking buffet lunch. The workshop will start at 13:00 start and finish 16.00pm.
