Initial Consultation & First Therapy Session (approx. 90 mins) – £85
We start with an in-depth session which includes:
- Static & Dynamic Posture Assessment: We explore and evaluate your horse’s structural alignment, symmetry and how they naturally hold themselves and move, as well as exploring their history, routines and lifestyle.
- Therapy Session: A hands-on session focusing on the specific care your horse needs most – whether that is musculoskeletal support (soft tissue and osteopathic techniques), lymphatic drainage for recovery and vitality, or energy healing to encourage relaxation and wellbeing.
- Personalised Care Plan: Bringing together our session findings, a recommended follow-up timeline and collaborative notes for your vet or other professionals if needed. It may also include recommended exercises and lifestyle adjustments.
Initial Consultation, First Therapy Session and Ridden Assessment (approx. 120 mins) – £110
Includes everything detailed above, plus:
- Ridden (RHpE) Assessment: A structured ridden assessment using the validated Ridden Horse Pain Ethogram Assessment (RHpE) developed by Dr Sue Dyson. The assessment provides an evidence-based way of identifying behavioural indicators that may be associated with musculoskeletal pain or discomfort during ridden exercise.
Follow-up Therapy or Coaching Sessions (approx. 60 mins) – £65
These sessions continue the work from our first visit, whether that means supporting your horse’s recovery from a specific issue, maintaining their general wellbeing or working together on a QuadX® Strength & Conditioning Programme.
Focused Therapy or Coaching Sessions (approx. 30-45 mins) – £50
A shorter session may be suitable for young horses, very small ponies, or a targeted check-in between standard sessions.

- Inclusive Travel: Travel is included for the first 15 miles from Arundel.

Important Vet Requirements
- Not a Vet: My services are complementary and are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment or care.
- Registration: Your horse must be registered with a veterinary practice.
- Vet Awareness: Please inform your vet of our upcoming appointment.
- Vet Permission Required: If your horse is currently under veterinary care for an existing injury or condition, permission from your vet will be required before I can provide support.
